It houses no less than 440 units of shop that offers nearly everything for everybody. <em>Holiday Plaza</em> is a three-storey shopping mall located in Jalan Dato Sulaiman &#8216;in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Completed in 1985, Parkson Grand is its anchor tenant. Some other tenants include McDonalds and KFC, etc. Besides its anchor tenant other stores offer a wide range of clothing, jewelry, appliances, cosmetics, handbags, dvd movies, shoes, household items and toys.</p>
<p>Before the construction of Johor Bahru City Square, this was the most popular shopping mall in Johor Bahru.</p>
<p><strong>Holiday Plaza</strong> is also known for its shops selling pirated movies notorious, music and computer software. A haven for pirates and counterfeits, there are also shops selling fake branded as LV (Louis Vuitton) and Gucci, as well as the novels of Chinese pirates and Japanese comics. It also has a block of 18 office floors of the tower. Located next to the Mutiara Hotel.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Johor Bahru (JB) Hua Tiong Wushu Association was named boxing Hua Tiong Johor Bahru Pugilistic Art Institute founded in 1967 by founder and Chief Instructor Master Tan Choo Seng. A known expert in martial arts in Singapore and Malaysia, and a special disciple of Grandmaster Gao Can Singapore Shuanglin Temple. Master Tan learned many forms of martial arts such as south and north of the pugilistic arts, eighteen different types of ancient weapons from China, Taijiquan and Qigong. Students of Master Tan in southern Malaysia numbered over one thousand students who, under the tutelage of Master Tan, excel in the south and north of the pugilistic arts, two people fighting pattern, Chinese weapons, two weapons fighting model person, qigong, and others.</p>
<p>During the early days, when the teacher Tan personally supervise all military training and qigong, the students benefited especially the training of qigong. Dajingjin Qigong can relieve blood pressure, stomach ailments, depression and other imbalances in the body. In a higher stage, Qigong Dajingjin can naturally prevent and / or heal the wounds of impact of hard objects, as affected by a steel water pipe on the back, break the coconut head, tiles, throat and the impact of trucks of trees in the chest. On 26July1980, JB Hua Tiong working with other clans in Johor help raise funds for 5 primary schools in the state of Johor. During Johor Charity Cultural Show, disciple Mr. Lim Tiong Hua Hua Sing out a demonstration of qigong, allowing a van with 10 men inside to roll across his stomach. Lying on a bed of nails, Mr Lim Hua Sing completed this trick without suffering any injury. This performance created a widely publicized dangerous JB Hua Tiong in southern Malaysia and gained respect for comments of all martial arts groups.</p>
<p>Aside from the promotion of Chinese culture, JB Hua Tiong also participated in many functions of the state, the Sultan&#8217;s birthday, National Day, special occasions Clan Temple and cultural festivals since 1974 with the newly established company Dragon. Tiong Hua Dragon Troupe is the first in Malaysia to build and display the luminous dragon dance and dragon dance double. These bright, double dragon dances are well received during the Lunar New Year in Johor cultural possession.</p>
<p>On 11 July 1988, JB Hua Tiong Wushu Association was officially registered as a society in Malaysia. With recognition of the incumbent government, JB Hua Tiong held its first competition of Wushu JB Johor Garden Show in the Basketball Hall 25 May 1991 Malaysia. The competition attracted over 65 participants from different schools, which include categories such as southern traditional wushu, weapons, wushu and a junior section. This competition was declared a success.</p>
<p>In 1993, Hua Tiong JB Dragon Troupe raised to help fund a secondary school in Johor. A total of RM56,525 was raised and RM35,762.50 were donated to the school fund. 5May in the same year 5 February 1994, JB invited Hua Tiong Wushu Shao Zhao Ming doctor from the famous Sports Academy in Beijing, China, to begin a wushu class for interested participants. The response was overwhelming.</p>
<p>7 February 1994 begins with a first Hua Tiong JB to work with various social groups in the community and offer New Year red packets for 7 nursing homes in the state of Johor.</p>
<p>From 1 December 1994, JB Hua Tiong has begun to invite Chinese Wushu teachers to Malaysia to raise the level of wushu. Also Ms. Ma Hua, Sichuan Province, China was invited as a permanent professor of wushu Tiong Hua JB. From 23 August 1994 to another teacher 30 November 1994 Ms. Yu Xia, Shandong, China has also been invited to teach wushu in Hua Tiong JB.</p>
<p>The 5 November 1994, JB Hua Tiong carried invite all Associations Hua Tiong, including Singapore to arrange a dinner in commemoration of Damo, founder of the Shaolin cum 28th anniversary of boxing Tiong Hua Art Institute. During the celebration dinner, there were more than 28 exhibitions of Chinese martial arts. More than a thousand people attended the celebration dinner.</p>
<p>With public support, clans and business partners Hua Tiong JB capable of leaping from childhood to maturity today. Hua Tiong Wushu Association JB will continue to serve the community with vigor and, especially, enlisting the help of our Founder and Chief Instructor Master Tan Choo Seng.</p>
